Reusable Bowl Covers

These super simple yet profoundly practical Reusable Bowl Covers can be made in all sizes. I’ve been using plastic shower caps from hotel rooms as a kitchen tool for a while now, but as I’m trying to cut back on all things plastic, I thought I’d try to make them with fabric. German-born and inspired Anja from Our Gabled Home offers two techniques in her free tutorial (thank you Anja!). I found the single layer method works best with thicker material such as linen or cotton toweling, and the double-layer method works well with quilting cottons. These make great gifts too!
