We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 2pm local on the same day but all orders will ship within two business days of the date the order was placed unless there are extenuating circumstances in which case customers will be notified.
If there is a problem with your order such as insufficient stock, we will email or phone you within 48 hours of receiving your order to see how you would like to proceed.
US orders: We use USPS Priority shipping on most orders
Fabric: $9.95 for up to 7 yards of quilting cotton fabric. If your shipping charges are more than $9.95 you may be contacted to pay for any additional shipping cost your order may incur.
International orders aside from Canada are charged for actual shipping costs via Paypal. Orders will not ship until the shipping has been paid. Packages 4 lbs and under will ship via USPS First Class, and 4 lbs and over will ship USPS Priority. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. We will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or an item was damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly fix the mistake and absorb all associated shipping costs. We will credit your account once we receive the item back. We cannot accept returns on any cut yardage or sale items. These are final sale and may not be returned.
