Step into our bright and cozy North Boulder studio, where creativity meets comfort!

In our Envelope Throw Pillow Class, students will not only learn to sew, but also gain the skills to craft beautiful home decor pieces. We’ll guide you through every step of the process, covering fabric and machine terminology and sewing techniques, troubleshooting common sewing issues as they arise. Our small class size ensures ample individual attention.

By the end of the class, you’ll proudly take home an 18 x 18-inch throw pillow, perfect for adding a personal touch to your space. No prior experience necessary. Ages 14 & up are welcome. All materials are included in the price.

Dive into the world of quilting with our Intro to Quilting Class, designed especially for beginners with some basic sewing experience. In this workshop, you’ll embark on a mini quilt project, perfect for experimenting with color, scale, and texture. Whether you envision a placemat or a small art piece, this project offers a creative and approachable introduction to quilting.

Throughout class, you’ll sharpen your sewing skills by mastering the quarter-inch seam allowance, learning to piece, baste, and machine quilt with precision. Finally, you’ll discover how to create and attach binding to give your mini quilt a polished finish. By the end of the session, you’ll not only leave with a completed mini quilt but also the confidence and skills needed to tackle larger quilting projects on your own. All materials are included in the price.

This hands-on workshop is perfect for all skill levels, whether you’re a seasoned sewist or just starting out. Enhance your sewing skills and learn to stitch the perfect mitered corners, ensuring your napkins look polished and professional.

By the end of the class, you’ll have a set of beautiful, handmade napkins that are perfect for your next dinner party or thoughtful gift. Plus, enjoy the camaraderie of working alongside fellow crafting enthusiasts and you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to continue crafting at home.

Join us for our Dopp Kit Sewing Class and learn to create your own custom, stylish, and functional Dopp kit—a versatile, zippered bag perfect for toiletries and travel essentials. This workshop is ideal for intermediate sewists or adventurous beginners with some experience.

Throughout the class, you’ll develop essential skills, including working with zippers, finishing seams, and adding lining and interfacing, ensuring your Dopp kit is both durable and professional-looking. We’ll also incorporate leather tabs with rivets on either end, adding both functionality and a polished finish. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a completed Dopp kit, written instructions, and the skills to create more at home. These kits make wonderful, personalized gifts!

Join us for a fun, hands-on morning of sewing and crafting in our cozy, light-filled North Boulder studio. In this workshop, kids will choose from a variety of projects such as aprons, pencil cases, pillowcases, or tote bags—and bring their own unique creations to life. As they sew, they’ll explore the tactile world of textiles, building confidence and fine-tuning their skills along the way.

This workshop is designed for all skill levels, so whether your child is just starting or already loves to sew, they’ll leave with a new sense of accomplishment—and a finished project to show off!
