Beeswax Food Wraps
April 4 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm$35
Beeswax food wraps are the perfect eco-friendly food storage solution. In this class, we’ll share with you our preferred method of making beeswax wraps that you can use as a replacement for plastic wrap. These are perfect for wrapping sandwiches, leftovers, snacks – virtually every food storage need.
This ingenious creation uses the warmth of your hands to form the wrap over the top of a small dish, sandwich or individual vegetable or fruit snack. The wraps will hold their shape and stick to themselves when they cool. They may be washed with cool water and dish soap and reused. With proper care, each wrap should last at least a year. Students will be given detailed instructions on how to make them again at home.
